When you are responsible for executive transportation, flawless ex*****on is the expectation. The provider you choose determines how much infrastructure exists behind that expectation.
A vehicle arriving on time is only one part of the equation. The real questions start before the first trip is ever booked. How are chauffeurs vetted? Can the same standards be maintained across markets? Can you see what is happening while a trip is active? Will transportation adjust when a flight changes? Who knows your program and takes responsibility when something requires attention?
Those are not secondary considerations. They are what separate a managed executive transportation program from a collection of individual rides.
Before choosing your next transportation partner, know what should be in place from the start.

A few dates on the calendar can be the difference between having options and having to work around what’s left.
October brings several periods of concentrated travel demand, when major events can quickly put pressure on vehicle availability, airport transfers, hotel corridors, and movement around key venues.
For Executive Assistants, Travel Managers, and teams coordinating executive movement, knowing those dates early means more time to secure preferred transportation, build realistic itineraries, and avoid last-minute constraints.
That’s what our monthly Travel Alerts are designed to provide: an early look at the dates most likely to affect upcoming executive travel.

September marks the return of a high-volume stretch for executive travel, with major international events creating overlapping periods of increased demand throughout the month.
For executive support teams, that can mean tighter vehicle availability, heavier traffic around key venues and hotels, and less flexibility for last-minute itinerary changes.
Our September Travel Alert highlights the dates when those pressures are most likely to affect executive movement, giving teams an opportunity to plan transportation before demand builds.

One thing we have learned from working with planners is that they rarely get to experience an event the same way everyone else does.
While attendees are networking, listening to speakers, visiting activations, or enjoying the experience, planners are still thinking three steps ahead. They are monitoring timelines, checking on suppliers, supporting stakeholders, solving issues before they become visible, and making sure every part of the event continues unfolding as intended.
On National Planner Day, we are recognizing the professionals who carry that responsibility and continue showing up with the same level of care, preparation, and professionalism every day.
To the planners we have the privilege of working alongside throughout the year, thank you for everything you do.

What happens when AI takes on more of the administrative lift?
For Executive Assistants, it can create more time and space for the work that depends on human judgment, discretion, and executive trust.

Moderated by Robyn Schimmels, Vice President of Sales at Savoya.

Hospitality teams attending the U.S. Open plan differently than they would for most corporate events.
Unlike conferences, sponsorship activations, or client dinners that operate on fixed schedules, the U.S. Open is influenced by live competition. Match timing, session exits, and guest movement throughout the day can influence demand patterns across Queens and Manhattan, creating a more dynamic operating environment for hospitality teams.
In our latest article, we explore how tournament week impacts guest movement, transportation demand, and hospitality operations throughout New York, along with key considerations for teams supporting clients at one of the city's largest annual events.
