Administrative Assistant NEEDED

Full-Time (Part-Time may be considered)
Pay: $17 – $23/hour (Approximately $35,000 – $47,000 annually, depending on experience and hours)

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to handle phone calls, customer support, service call entry, data entry, inventory support, and daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
• Help resolve routine customer issues and questions
• Input service calls and customer orders into ECI software
• Perform daily data entry, including meter readings
• Check inventory weekly and pull inventory for daily deliveries
• Prepare and schedule shipments via FedEx or service technicians
• Assist the Service Administrator and Sales Administrator
• Provide excellent customer service by phone and email
• Use Microsoft Word and Excel for tracking and reports
• Maintain accurate and organized records
Qualifications
• 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience
• Strong customer service and phone skills
• Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience with inventory, service calls, or logistics preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
