At CANVAS, this is the kind of coaching our agents get every week.

Tonight the doorbell rings more than usual, and for once it’s not a showing. 🎃

Happy Halloween from the CANVAS family. Wishing you full candy bowls, great costumes and zero surprises at closing.

We laughed until it hurt 😂🎃

We started the day with a Halloween class unlike any we’ve done before. Titlelogic’s attorneys turned real estate’s scariest scenarios into stories we won’t forget, and we actually learned how to keep them out of our deals.

Then came the costume contest, and everybody went all in with the best attitude. A full set of crayons, a dalmatian, a monkey, and so much drama. First place went to Irina Semeniuc as the one and only Real Estate Market Crash 📉, and Ivonne Ruiz took second as our favorite sleepy girl 😴

Thank you to Titlelogic for a class that was anything but boring, and to every agent who showed up with so much energy. Days like this are what make Canvas, Canvas 🖤🎃🕸️👻

Some views stay with you. LILLI was one of them. 🌊

This month’s developer tour took us to Edgewater for an inside look at LILLI: 53 stories and just 117 residences on one of the last bayfront parcels left in the neighborhood, designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill. Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach and the skyline, all in one frame. Elegant from every angle.

To the agents who show up month after month: thank you. Your commitment to seeing these projects firsthand is what sets you apart, and it’s exactly why we keep opening these doors for you.

At CANVAS, every tour is built to keep our agents ahead of the market, one project at a time.

Halloween week is officially here, and we’ve been looking forward to this one 🎃

We prepared something special this time, with a spooky twist you won’t want to miss. Watch until the end to see everything we have planned.

Hope to see you there, costume and all 👻

Three days in, and our newest agents already know who to call, what tools to use, and how to read every line of the AS IS contract.

Day one, our broker and Operations Manager introduce the team and cover NAR rules and regulations, brokerage agreements, and showing agreements, with CMG Home Loans breaking down the lending side. Day two is all about the tech and the partners behind every deal. On day three, Titlelogic’s real estate attorney walks through the contract line by line.

That’s how every agent starts at Canvas: with real support from the people who run the business, not a welcome packet.
