This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we’re recognizing the strength and resilience of breast cancer survivors. 💗Mechelle is sharing her journey and words of encouragement. Her story is a powerful reminder of the resilience we carry and the strength we find in community.
Fall Fit is all about showing up, challenging yourself, and finding ways to keep growing. 💪 One reminder that’s stuck with me throughout my Pure Barre journey: “If it feels easy, you’re probably doing it wrong.”
