Get ready to transform! Our upcoming Challenge kicks off on October 5th, and it’s time to lay the groundwork for your success.

​Before we officially begin, everyone must:

- Decide on the specific track you want to commit to for the duration of the challenge.

​- Attend a Challenge Benchmark Session:
Pick a date below to complete your benchmark, get your Inbody scan, and receive your personalized calorie and macro breakdown:

​Thursday, Sept. 24: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
​Saturday, Sept. 26: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
​Sunday, Sept. 27: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

- IMPORTANT: To calculate an accurate calorie and macro breakdown, you MUST track your food intake for at least one full week prior to your scan session. Start logging your meals now so you're ready! 🙌

Some bittersweet news!
Coach Michelle is leaving the F45 Bothell coaching floor. We couldn’t be more proud of her as she steps into her new role as Head Coach at F45 Kingsgate! 👏✨

From starting as a member at Bothell, to becoming a coach, and now stepping into leadership — watching her grow has been incredibly special. Her impact on our Bothell family is truly irreplaceable, and we know she’ll bring that same infectious energy and heart to Kingsgate!

Come celebrate our 6-Year Anniversary this Saturday and help us give Michelle a big, heartfelt “see you later!” 🥹🥳💙

“Oh Bothell, where do I begin? As I am making my departure from Bothell and into a new role as Head Coach at our Kingsgate studio 🥳, it’s hard to put into words what you all have done for me. My move from California was so challenging, and I truly found a home at F45 Bothell. The community you have all built is nothing short of amazing and I am so grateful to have been a part of it. We have gone through so many milestones in and out of the gym. Wedding excitement, new babies, losses, injuries, PRs, and everything in between. Thank you for sharing so much with me, letting me be a part of your journey, and being there for mine. One last Hoorah at the anniversary party this Saturday!!
