Caroline, Abby, Emily and I had such a fun time making beautiful photographs together this fall. We definitely have the best jobs in the world.
BTW it is never too early to schedule YOUR fall photography session. The last two weeks of October and the first week of November are absolutely perfect.

After a most successful spring and summer, it is time to share an update regarding some significant changes at Zimmer Photography.
As you may be aware, Caroline, our precious daughter and my amazing business partner of ten wonderful years, recently accepted an extraordinary opportunity to move to Manhattan to pursue her photography (and additional, life) dreams. We are so proud of her and excited about all that her future holds...
In addition, I made the decision to retire from my teaching career about a year ago. My dear wife, Margaret, and I have so very much enjoyed spending the last fifteen months traveling and volunteering (and returning home frequently to photograph many beautiful weddings).
This brings us to the changes 🙂. I am blessed to be able to share with you that moving forward into the future, two of my former photography students who are successful wedding photographers in their own right, Abby Quackenbush of Abby Q Photography and Emily Henry of K and E Photography, with whom Caroline and I have had the pleasure of working with many times in the past, have kindly agreed to now partner with me. Abby, Emily and I will share the distinct honor of photographing several weddings together this fall and winter and also in 2023.
I would like to thank all of you who have trusted Zimmer Photography with your most treasured moments during this last decade. I assure you, the same outstanding natural-light photography you have come to depend upon will still be available in the months and years to come.

Doing a little catching up. We had a very busy wedding season :) These photographs are from one of our very favorites of the year. A most beautiful bride and a very proud groom to be sure.

To say this photoshoot was perfect is a definite understatement! We absolutely loved spending time with this beautiful couple and we are SO excited to be photographing their wedding!

What more could we ask for than a beautiful couple that is beautifully in love? We had such a wonderful day with these two and we cannot wait until their wedding day!
