🏡❤️ WELCOME HOME & CONGRATULATIONS, MARTHA & WILLIAM HARVEY! ❤️🏡

On behalf of everyone at Factory Direct Homes, we want to congratulate Martha and William Harvey on their beautiful new home!

The Harveys were truly amazing customers of our very own Alicia Cabral, and working with them was one of our favorite experiences. Not only did they design a beautiful home, but they chose to place it on a property that has been in William’s family for generations. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, making this home even more special. ❤️

We know this home will be so much more than just a house. It will be a place where Martha and William create wonderful new memories while continuing to cherish the many memories and traditions that came before them. There is something truly special about building your forever home on land that holds so much family history.

From start to finish, Martha was hands-on and involved in every step of the project. Through all the moving parts, unexpected challenges, and moments when the stress could have easily become overwhelming, she never lost her appreciation for the people working to bring their dream to life. Every time something was accomplished, her gratitude shined through. Even right up to moving day, she continued to show that same kindness and appreciation, and that is something we will always remember.

Projects like these are about so much more than building and delivering a home. They are about the people, the relationships, and the memories made along the way.

The Harveys didn't just become part of the Factory Direct Homes family—they became our friends, and we couldn't be happier for them as they begin this exciting new chapter!

Martha and William, thank you for allowing us to be part of such a meaningful journey. We wish you both a lifetime of happiness, laughter, love, and beautiful memories in your forever home! 🏡❤️

Please join us in congratulating Martha and William Harvey on their new home and welcoming them home! 🎉🔑

🏡 WELCOME HOME, HERMOSO FAMILY! ❤️

On behalf of everyone at Factory Direct Homes, we want to congratulate and welcome home the Hermoso family—Edgar, Claudia, and their two wonderful children!

It was truly a pleasure working with this family throughout the entire process. They were wonderful to work with and remained patient and understanding every step of the way. As many people know, a manufactured home project involves so many moving parts! From getting the home onsite and assembled to coordinating utilities, inspections, and navigating all the little details and red tape along the way, the process can be stressful. The Hermoso family took it all in stride, and we couldn't be happier to see them finally home!

Their beautiful new home provides plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, with even more room for their family to grow and make memories for years to come. ❤️

Their sales professional, Alicia Cabral, had the pleasure of helping them through the purchasing process, and the family had so many wonderful things to say about their experience. One comment that really stood out to us was that they would do it all over again! What an incredible compliment! It means so much to our team to know that, despite all the moving parts involved in a project like this, our customers feel good about their experience with us.

Edgar and Claudia, thank you for trusting Factory Direct Homes to help you bring your vision to life and build a home where your family can put down roots, grow, and create a lifetime of memories.

Welcome to your beautiful new home, and welcome to the Factory Direct Homes family! We are so happy for you and wish your family many years of happiness in your new home! 🏡❤️

🏡🎉 Welcome Home, Mark & Vicky Martinovich! 🎉🏡

From all of us at Factory Direct Homes, thank you for trusting us with your new home journey. It has been an absolute pleasure working with the Martinovich family, and we couldn't be happier to welcome you home!

Your beautiful Karsten-built home turned out amazing, and seeing it come together has been incredibly rewarding for everyone involved. Even more special than the home itself was the opportunity to work with such wonderful people throughout the process.

We especially loved hearing how well Mark and our construction team at Redline worked together. When homeowners and builders develop that kind of positive partnership, it makes the entire experience even more enjoyable and successful for everyone involved.

The kindness, patience, and appreciation your family showed to every member of our team did not go unnoticed. We are truly grateful for the respect and gratitude you extended to those who helped bring your vision to life. Customers like you remind us why we love what we do.

Thank you again for choosing Factory Direct Homes. We hope your new Karsten home is filled with many years of happiness, laughter, and wonderful memories.

Congratulations and welcome home, Mark & Vicky! ❤️🏡

Welcome home, Marilyn & Kenneth! ❤️🏠

The Dickens/Ferguson are the newest members of the Factory Direct Homes family. This family chose Factory Direct to rebuild on a family property after the fire. The property has been handed down through the generations and was a truly beautiful moment when they got to be back home in their brand new home. Loretta and her daughter and son in law, and her grands will be able to make new memories and share old ones as they rebuild on the ridge. We thank them for trusting us, with this project. Wende Burgess worked with them on their project and made sure they got every detail of their forever home just right. Welcome home!

Factory Direct Homes wants to give a big shout out to Christy Stewart and Marvin for buying their forever home! Marvin is a proud veteran that served our country and we want to give a big thank you to him. Christy and Marvin worked with Alicia Cabral designing their home and it is absolutely stunning! The Stewart’s were so grateful and easy to work with. We are thankful they chose Factory Direct and want to wish them many happy years in their beautiful home together. Welcome Home Christy and Marvin!

The staff at Factory Direct Homes would like to extend a very special thank you to Larry and Corrine Wilson.

Larry and Corrine purchased their forever home with us, and Kaden M. had the pleasure of being their salesperson. Not only did they enjoy working with Kaden, but this project was especially meaningful as one of his first since joining our sales team. While Kaden is new to Factory Direct Homes, he brings years of experience in manufactured housing—something Corrine shared she truly appreciated.

She noted that no matter the question, Kaden always took the time to listen and provide thorough, thoughtful answers. If he didn’t have an answer immediately, he made sure to find it and follow up—every time.

Today, we had the honor of visiting their beautiful property to deliver the keys to their new home. While some exterior work is still in progress—using wood Larry is milling himself from trees on his land—the craftsmanship and vision already on display are truly impressive.

Thank you again, Larry and Corrine, for the trust you placed in us and for the patience and grace you showed throughout the process. We know building a home can be stressful, and you were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We wish you many happy years in your new home!
