Ready for a Fall Reset?
A new season can be a great time to check in with your everyday habits. You don’t have to change everything at once—small steps can add up!
Try adding one of these to your routine:
• Take a walk after dinner
• Add fruit or vegetables to a meal
• Keep water nearby throughout the day
• Set a consistent bedtime
• Take a few minutes to slow down and recharge
Small changes. One day at a time.

Fitness Fact or Fiction?
You should only strength train if you want to look big and bulky.
❌ Fiction! Strength training offers benefits beyond building muscle size. It can help improve strength, support bone health, and make everyday activities—like carrying groceries or climbing stairs—easier.
Strength training is for everyone!
