💙 Six Years of Being the Person Who Makes It Happen — Celebrating Pam! ✨

From a family’s first call to the steps that help them begin services, Pam is often one of the first people to make a connection with Imprint. As our Referral Coordinator, she does so much more than manage referrals, she helps families feel comfortable, answers questions, builds relationships, and makes a process that can feel overwhelming a little easier to navigate.

Pam has a way of making people feel like they matter, whether she’s talking with a parent, helping a teammate, or finding a solution to something unexpected. She wears many hats, notices what needs to be done, and is often thinking a few steps ahead. Her loyalty, genuine personality, and ability to connect with people have made her an important part of what makes Imprint feel like Imprint.

🎉 Happy 6-Year Anniversary, Pam! Six years is a wonderful milestone, but the relationships you’ve built and the difference you make in people’s everyday experiences are what truly stand out.
