Leadership has evolved for me into something centered on service.

I’ve learned that optimism, encouragement, and purpose can shape the way people experience their work. Business requires discipline and focus, and leadership creates the opportunity to make that work meaningful and rewarding for the people doing it.

That’s what servant leadership means to me: helping people find purpose in the work while creating an environment where they can grow and contribute.

How do you create meaning for the people you lead?

Two fun facts about Gino that tell you a little more about the person behind the professional. 👇

He recently became a grandfather for the first time, and being part of his granddaughter’s life from day one has brought an entirely new kind of joy and meaning to his life.

He’s also officially visited all 50 states, finishing the list with North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, and Montana, where this Boston guy even tried his hand at fly fishing.

Family, adventure, and plenty of gratitude along the way.

One of the most exciting parts of organizational growth is discovering where strengths naturally connect.
