At the annual employment fair, we had the opportunity to meet and speak with people we might never have reached otherwise.
We talked about overdose prevention, the importance of recognizing an overdose, and how knowing when and how to use Narcan can save someone's life.
What makes events like this meaningful is the opportunity to connect with people face-to-face, answer questions, and share information that could one day make a difference for someone they love.
We're grateful to our community partner, the Broward Sheriff's Office (BSO)'s Office, for another opportunity to come together and serve our community.
Every person we reach is one more person who can be better prepared to respond when it matters most.

What if we could reach them before an overdose happens?
That's why we're looking for Volunteer Overdose Prevention & Awareness Trainers to help educate middle and high school students about fentanyl, overdose prevention, and how to respond in an emergency.
We're inviting educators, healthcare professionals, college students, and people who care about young lives to join us across South Florida.
You may never meet the person whose life your knowledge could help save.
But imagine knowing you tried.

Today, The Robin Foundation was proud to be at the Broward College Central Campus Health Fair.
For us, this is about more than health fair. We hope to continue building relationships with students and campus organizations and create opportunities for Broward College Students to become more involved in our mission.
Your voice matters, if fentanyl has impacted you, your family, or someone you know, please take a few minutes to speak up.
