Nonnie's Threads and Things

Need your stuffy patched back together. Stitched an eye back in and stitches to the head wound. Not perfect but ready for more loving.

2025 was a challenging year marked by multiple illnesses and hospital stays, but it taught me a valuable lesson: true strength lies in vulnerability. As I've often said since September, it wasn't until I started recovering that I realized just how sick I'd been. I'm deeply grateful for my medical team, whose expertise and care helped me regain my footing. My experience has reinforced the importance of prioritizing health and seeking help when needed, a lesson I wish I'd learned sooner as a nurse. In 2026, I'm focusing on building a stronger, wiser me.

Merry Christmas
