Beyond Buttercream Bakery

Adams Helping Adams is having a fall fundraiser at Adams Memorial Hospital today, and I was happy to be a part of this. Just 👀 at these sweet treats....Fall Snack Mix, Drizzled Snickerdoodle Donuts, Smores Bark, and Mini Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins 😋! Thank you Loren King for your continued support.

Today is a beautiful day to have a wedding with the comfortable temperature, sunshine 🌞 and fall colors. Lots of prep work, planning and baking went into making all these sweets, but I know they are gonna ❤️ them. Cakes (Vanilla, Peanut Butter Smores, Frosted Animal Cookie, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch). Cupcakes (Vanilla Raspberry, Strawberry Cheesecake, Carrot Cake, Caramel Apple, Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup, and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough). Cookies (Chocolate Chip, Snickerdoodle, Maple Brown Sugar, Texas Sheet Cake, Peanut Butter, Outrageous Pretzel Peanut Butter Cup). How can you choose just 1?....I know I couldn't 😉. Congratulations Jordan Gilbert and Ben Baker on your special day 👰‍♀🤵‍♂️💍! Thank you for asking me to be a part of it all. Enjoy 😋.

UPDATE! ALL of the 6 packs have been SOLD! Thank you to everyone.

I've been busy prepping and baking things quite a few days now for a big wedding tomorrow. Lots of sweets are ready.....and so are these few extra cupcakes. I have 4(6 packs) available $10/pack. 2 of these are all Caramel Apple (caramel based cupcake, apple filling, white chocolate buttercream, caramel drizzle and a brown sugar cinnamon dusting). The other 2 packs are an assortment of Carrot Cake, Caramel Apple, Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup, and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. Come grab your pack..or two before they are gone. Let your sweet tooth tell you which ones you need 😉.

Just a simple chocolate layer cake with chocolate buttercream and edible chocolate numbers (13) celebrating the young man becoming an "official" teenager today. Happy Birthday Noah 🎂! Thank you Zachary Losser for the order. Enjoy 😋

Another year has gone by and now he's 2....how can that be?? His mama requested a construction themed cake and this one definitely turned out so cute and fun! With it's chocolate cake layers, vanilla buttercream, cookie bite boulders, "cement tiles", and all things construction, I think he's gonna ❤️ it! Some vanilla and carrot cake cupcakes complete the sweet treats. Happy 2nd Birthday Rulon 🎂 🎁🎈🥳. Thank you Audra Baumgartner for your order. Enjoy😋

Since it's officially been fall for a couple of weeks, the colors of this season are starting to bloom....red, yellow, orange, and even brown. Even tho some people may love the cooler temperatures that fall brings (I am not one of those people lol), the change in leaves, grass and the crops that are nearing harvest is something to appreciate. A request for this chocolate layer cake finished with vanilla buttercream and the colors of fall (white chocolate leaves, pumpkins and acorns as well as glitter sprinkles) certainly celebrates the season. Thank you Dawn and Dan Recker for your order! Enjoy 😋

Happy Riley Day little Miss Magnolia! Getting to make cakes for her birthday and Riley Day is so much fun...and so was this little Smores cake (graham cracker cake layers, toasted marshmallow and graham cracker crumble fillings, covered in hot fudge buttercream then finished with mini marshmallow bits, and more graham cracker crumble). Celebrate your special day by playing outside today and of course, eating cake 🎂. Thank you Abbey Morgan for your order. Enjoy 😋

Congratulations Skyler and Mahima Millington Wilson who were married on Thursday! 💍👰‍♀🤵‍♂️ Family and friends are gathering for a dinner today to celebrate these love birds. The couple requested a Turtle Cheesecake for their "cake" and cupcakes (Biscoff, Strawberry Cheesecake, and Cherry Chip) for their guests. Best Wishes Skyler and Mahima 💕. Thank you for asking me to be a part of the celebration. Enjoy 😋

It's a special birthday for this young woman. I know that her mama's heart is full of love and excitement to see what the future has in store for her daughter. When you have kids, you wish they could stay little forever, but then they grow up so fast that time doesn't even try to stand still. Happy 18th Birthday Kennedy 🎈🎂🥳🎁! Thank you Jenny Durbin Gerig for your order. Enjoy 😋

It's September and you know what that means....today is Roe Plot Day at the farm. Mercer Landmark ag specialist employees, local farmers, and Seed/Chemical company representatives gather to tour the corn and soybean test plots, listen to informative agricultural presentations, and enjoy a catered dinner. No meal is complete without dessert so....cookies, cookis, cookies....Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter Brownie Swirl, Oatmeal Raisin, Oreo Cookies and Cream, Coffeecake, Strawberry Lemonade, Banana Cream Pie, and Caramel Apple Pie 😋. Thank you Amber Dilworth and Ashley Westgerdes for thinking of me. Always happy to be a part of this yearly event!
