Exactly one year ago today, I was walking out of our very first showing with Leevesh and his family when I tripped and fell. Because apparently, a normal first impression just wasn’t memorable enough! 🤦‍♀️

Over the next year, we looked at SO many houses. We walked through house after house, trying to find the one that just felt right for their family. And then, about a month and a half ago, we finally found it. 🤍

Of course, buying a house is never completely without its bumps, and the inspection brought a few things to light that we needed to work through. I wanted to make sure my clients had a clear picture of what they were dealing with before agreeing to take on repairs themselves.

We had just 3 business days to get multiple contractors out, get quotes, and figure out some real numbers, which was definitely a challenge!
