Big Medicare News for NH!

Humana Medicare and Dartmouth Hitchcock have a signed network contract effective 1/1/2027! Dartmouth will be rejoining Humana’s Medicare Advantage network for the new year. This is a huge addition for thousands of beneficiaries across the state that will include several NH major hospital and clinic locations.

On Friday, Governor Ayotte announced that there will be new Medicare Advantage options for 2027 in both Coos and Carroll counties. Until this announcement, there were no Advantage plans being offered for 2027. More information should be available by November 1st and the Annual Enrollment Period will be available until 12/7/26 to make those selections.
