When we make mistakes, we admit it. That is the way forward, so we won't make the same mistake again and be better next time. And we don't install faulty systems to cut corners.
When we were making this valve manifold for the sprinkler system, we were hurrying and made the manifold first and tried to connect the valves later.

Bam!

After the first valve, the space was too tight and we couldn't install the next valves without taking off the heads. (yes, we could remove the valve heads and reinstall it again without any issue) but we wanted to leave some space if the home owner wants to replace valves in the future just in case (of course he can call us back into do the same job).

So, we went in a more conservative way and redid the valve manifold with more spaces to work around.

And we took enough time, and did a good job.

Btw, the homeowner is very happy and the job we completed.

Time is relative. After a tight and busy schedule, we all need a break, and we all deserve it.
