Baker Ranch Show Goats

🏆 I know I’m a little behind on sharing these but here are some pictures from the 2026 Sweetwater County Fair. A large majority of the goats present were born from our herd. It was very exciting to watch all of them compete and display all the hard work their owners have put into them.
✨Everyone who bought a goat this last year, if you have pictures you’d like to share, please send them my way. I’d love to recognize and show off your success and hard work you put into your projects throughout the year.
🐐Thank you to all the past and present families who chose to believe in me and my program and chose to purchase your market and breeding goats from Baker Ranch Show Goats!

*SOLD*
This guy sure cleaned up nicely today, just in time to go to his new home tomorrow. I do have his full sister available still.

Available December born doe:

🧬 “JKF11 Latishia” X “”307B Merlin” (Kourage, Franz)🧬
This doe has a nice round rib, straight top line and will make a great addition to your herd. Show her now and breed her later. Picture of her sire and full sister included.

Some of the wethers from this year.

Our wethers have all been sold, however we do have a couple more December born does available. Reach out to me if you are interested in seeing what’s available.

Some pictures of some of the Breeding Class show does from the last few years born and raised from Baker Ranch Show Goats.

Wetherbred Boer buck looking for new herd, he is related to too many of my does and I just purchased a new buck. Born 11-26-23, he is by my buck
"Merlin" and is a "Franz" great grandson. Would make a great addition to your herd for 4-H show goats. Throws kids with a lot of shoulder and loin width, a strong wide front end and nice rib shape.
Pictures of his sire and some of his kids. He is very kind, leads and is easy to handle even during breeding season. Located in Southwest Wyoming.

I’m excited to be adding a new buck to my herd this year. He is by “KM I AM THE WAY” and a “BLUE DUCK” daughter. He should cross nicely with the does in my herd.

Some quick impromptu photos of some of this years kids. All are bucks (soon to be wethers) except the black headed doe at the end. (All wethers are spoken for at this point, although I may have one more available but won’t know for another week or so). Black headed doe is available.

I AI’d my Ace doe back in January and I recently ultrasounded her and she is bred. This should be a neat cross.
