Noffy Coffee

We’re trying out some new recipes…. This is a sweet potato latte with toasted marshmallow cold foam.

We used real yams, brown sugar, nutmeg, vanilla and cinnamon to create the syrup. Added 2 shots of espresso, your choice of milk and marshmallow cold foam.

Will you give this one a try?

Well, looks like Kansas is doing Kansas things tonight. 🌪️😂

Since we’re supposed to get some severe weather, here are a few helpful tips from your favorite coffee shop.

☕ Charge your phones. You’re gonna need that 100% battery to check the radar every 3 minutes.

☕ Bring your patio furniture inside. Unless you want to donate it to the next county.

☕ Have flashlights ready. And maybe some candles. Preferably not the $30 ones you refuse to burn.

☕ Stock up on the essentials. Water, snacks, batteries, coffee. Heavy on the coffee.

☕ Have a safe place ready. Make sure there’s room for the kids, dogs, and whatever iced coffee you’ve been carrying around all day.

☕ If the sirens go off, please take cover. I know we’re in Kansas and our first instinct is to walk outside and look at the sky.

And remember, just because your neighbor is standing on the porch doesn’t mean it’s safe.

Stay safe tonight, everyone! Hopefully Mother Nature just needs a little attention and nothing more.

Today has been soooo dead. I decided to pop out early. Let’s give Jessica and Jensen something to do. 😆 open for 1 more hour today!

Apparently November 1st is when coffee shops are supposed to throw out the pumpkins and start blasting Mariah Carey. 🎄😂

Unfortunately, I have 5 bottles of pumpkin syrup left, and I refuse to let the Christmas spirit bully me into wasting them. 🎃🤣

So the fall menu is sticking around a little longer!

I also may or may not have started working on the winter menu yet, but that has absolutely NOTHING to do with this decision. I swear. 👀😂

Anywayssss, we’re open today from 7–1:30! Come grab a coffee and try one of our chicken salad on sourdough sandwiches while you’re here!

See ya soon! ☕️

not to be dramatic but the sun setting at 5pm every night will ruin my life. 😭
