The Ridge exists to bring the hope of Jesus into every home. We are a non-denominational Christian church in multiple locations. And it's not their fault.
We host weekly services in Greenfield, Oak Creek-Franklin, and live online at live.theridgecc.com, and on YouTube (The Ridge Community Church LIVE). About The Ridge Community Church
The Ridge Community Church was started by Lead Pastor Mark Weigt in October 2006. We have 2 locations in Wisconsin, Greenfield and the Oak Creek-Franklin area. Our atmosphere is welcoming, our dress is casual, our free coffee is hot, and we want you to feel comfortable when you're with us. Greenfield Campus - 4500 S 108th St. Greenfield, WI

Here's a little bit more about how and why we got our start...
Mark was born and raised in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. He earned a business degree from the University of Miami and a Masters of Divinity at Asbury Theological Seminary in Kentucky. Mark worked at churches in Florida, Kentucky, and California, but he and his wife Donna felt a need to come home and start The Ridge for a very specific reason, "It bothered us that people didn't go to church. It's our fault. Churches weren't there for them. We wanted to create a church for non-church people." That idea soon became the vision of The Ridge: To bring the hope of Jesus into every home. During your first or second time with us, Mark says he hopes you'll find something different, "My hope is that you experience acceptance, love, and authenticity. I hope you experience something engaging, fun, and inspiring so that you want to come back and bring a friend." We hope you find us to be hopeful and helpful people trying to look, love, and live a little more like Jesus every day. What should you expect while you're here for a service? Our coffee is free and strong. Our people are real and really care. Sometimes our music is called 'too loud,' but we're ok with that. We aren't afraid to use humor or our own personal failings to make a point. We hope you'll find us to be a safe place, and a place where you can experience the presence of God, and the love of his son Jesus. We hope to see you soon!

We had some special guests at The Ridge today!
We got to host the Apostolos Residents from Lakeland Community church, along with one extra-special little guest who might just be a future ministry resident someday!
It’s exciting to see our churches partnering together to invest in and develop the next generation of church leaders!
BIG things are happening at our Oak Creek-Franklin Campus! 🎉
A permanent place to call home is becoming a reality, and we couldn't be more excited!
This is an exciting part of our BOLD journey, but it's about so much more than a building. It's about the people who will walk through those doors and the lives God will change.
We can't wait to see what's ahead!

LOOK WHO'S JOINING US SUNDAY! 🙌
We're switching things up this weekend!
While Pastor Mark heads to in Lake Geneva to guest teach, we're excited to welcome their Lead Pastor, Josh Amstutz, to The Ridge as we continue our STAND FIRM series!
We love Lakeland! From annual kickball games (yes, we're competitive! ) to learning, growing, and developing future church leaders together, we're grateful for the friendship and partnership between our churches.
Josh is a great friend to Pastor Mark and our entire Ridge family, and we can't wait to hear what he has to share with us,
Join us Sunday, November 1, and help us give Josh a big Ridge welcome!

Investing in the next generation of ministry leaders starts with people who are willing to lead the way!
Our Apostolos Ministry Mentors gathered this week to learn, grow, and strengthen the ways they support our Leadership Residents.
We're celebrating the work God is doing through the Apostolos Leadership Residency and the incredible mentors who help make it possible. Thank you for the time, care, and leadership you pour into others!

There's nothing quite like a Sunday in Ridge Kids, especially when costumes are involved! Our Mega Awesome Costume Party was filled with laughter, games, prizes, and lots of fun. We love creating moments like these where kids can build friendships and grow in their relationship with Jesus!
It's easy to feel close to God when everything is going right. But what about the days when we fall short? How often do we let our mistakes change how we think God sees us?
Even in our messiest moments, God's grace outweighs our failures.

God's approval of you doesn't change based on how your week went. You don't have to earn His approval. Because of Jesus, it's already been given to you.
