Essential Kitchen uses a holistic, whole food approach to preparing fresh, ready to eat meals that are delicious and nutritionally balanced. We incorporate the practices of Ayurveda (a form of holistic medicine that’s focused on promoting balance between your body and mind) to carefully combine every ingredient (herbs & spices included) to ensure optimum digestion and benefit to the body. All of our Ready-to-Eat meals are:

*Easy to order online with convenient pick up locations

Essential Kitchen will listen to your nutrition needs and turn it into a long-term plan that can help you thrive in your upcoming adventure. Some news, from the heart 💚
After five years, the Essential Kitchen cafe inside Centre Club will serve its last day on Saturday Nov 14th.
But this isn’t goodbye — it’s a new chapter. Essential Kitchen continues with the things you love most: weekly meal plans, catering, and fresh grab-and-go, all coming from our new prep kitchen in Barrington. 🥗
Final weeks at the cafe: Mon–Friday 6am–1pm, Saturday 8-1pm, starting Oct 26. Gift cards honored through Nov 15. Come get your favorites while we’re here!
Meal plans are open now — 3 meals/week · 5/week · 10/week. Comment “MEALS” or send us a DM and we’ll get you set up. Catering bookings for the holidays are open too. 🎉
Thank you for five amazing years. Let’s make these last weeks count — and then keep eating well together. —
