Justin Lamb Racing
Welcome to the official page of 6x NHRA Lucas Oil champion Justin Lamb Lamb, who started in a Jr.
His first NHRA national event victory came in Top Comp at the SPORTSnationals in Fontana, Calif., in 2006. Twenty years later, Justin Lamb is a six-time world champion in NHRA's Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series with an impressive 34 national event wins across six categories in the premier Sportsman league. dragster at the age of 8, has raced and won in everything from bracket cars and dragsters to Comp Eliminator. He's most successfully competed in Super Stock and Stock, and a devotion to door cars has paid off with four championships in Super Stock (2015, 2017, 2018, 2025) and two in Stock (2013, 2017). With a fresh division title in his pocket, Lamb also possesses nine Lucas Oil championships in NHRA's Pacific Division: Top Comp (2003), Comp Eliminator (2011, 2012), Stock (2013, 2017, 2019) and Super Stock (2015, 2017, 2025). Notably, Lamb also raced to the NHRA Summit Racing Series Pacific Division ET championship in 2023. The first-generation drag racer has accomplished something only a handful of drivers have been able to complete: the national event double, which Lamb claimed in 2018 at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway with Stock and Super Stock wins on the same day. He replicated the feat at the division level in 2025, locking down the win in Stock at The Strip followed by a victory in Super Stock that ultimately secured the world title. Perhaps even more impressive is the dedicated driver's 2017 national championship double. Along with Scotty Richardson and Jeff Strickland, Lamb is one of three drivers to accomplish the task. Remarkably, he nearly repeated in 2018 with first- and second-place finishes. For 2026, the Las Vegas-area native is armed with a pair of proven Chevrolet Camaros for Super Stock and Stock backed by RAD Torque Systems, the leading manufacturer of pneumatic, battery-powered, and electronic pistol grip torque wrenches. The COPO Camaro he drove to 2025 division and world championships will once again take the stage under ownership of longtime friends and racing partners Larry and Carol Stone of Stone Chevrolet Buick GMC (StoneChevy.com) in Tulare, Calif. The car was modified to its current well-performing configuration by B&B Race Cars, and the engine is produced by esteemed builder Jon Richardson of Richardson Competition Engines. Lamb is a business analyst for the city of Henderson, Nev., and resides there with wife Jeanine and their two children. He races with the support of RAD Torque Systems, Stone Chevrolet, Goodyear Racing Tires, Redback Boots, Team Acme, Palmer Electric, LIQUI MOLY, Moser Engineering, Sunoco Race Fuels, and Lafferty Drilling and Blasting. The second round of the JEGS Allstars brought Justin up next to Division 3 racer Larry Hodge, and although our driver was off the starting line with a solid .019-second reaction time and drove the RAD Torque Systems COPO to an 8.566 on his 8.55 dial, his opponent came up .012 on the starting line and put a 9.731 (9.71) on the board. The slim .002-second margin of victory fell in Hodge’s favor, and our week at the Texas Motorplex Stampede of Speed is done.
Great thanks to NHRA and JEGS Performance for getting behind the Allstars race, as well as all the awesome people who support us: Dan and Tammy and RAD Torque Systems; all the great folks at LIUNA, LIUNA Northwest Region, and Laborers Union Local 872; Stone Chevrolet Buick GMC; Goodyear; Redback Boots USA; Team Acme Inc.; Palmer Electric; LIQUI MOLY; Moser Engineering; Sunoco Race Fuels; and Lafferty Drilling and Blasting. It’s been an exciting week and one we won’t forget.
Next stop: Las Vegas for the divisional and national events before the season-closer in Pomona. There are a few things left on the agenda..... we aren't done yet.

It's very cool to be part of the JEGS Allstars here at Texas Motorplex as the Division 7 Super Stock rep, and after this morning's prerace ceremonies, we got down to business. Justin lined up next to Division 1's Byron Worner and both drivers hit the tree - Worner was .004, and JL was .006. Battling the conditions — incredible wind, temperatures far cooler than we've seen yet this week — both drivers had their hands full, but at the stripe it was the RAD Torque Systems COPO with the win, 8.655 (8.61) to 9.693 (9.63). On to round two and a match with Division 3's Larry Hodge!

Six-Time World Champion Justin Lamb Locked in to Race for JEGS Allstars Title in Dallas Justin Lamb has accomplished much in his career as an NHRA drag racer, but there is one thing remaining on the bucket list for the six-time Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series world champion: winning the JEGS Allstars. What brought us to Texas, you ask? Justin's performance in the Pacific Division's Super Stock category over the past year came with a ticket to race in the JEGS Allstars, a special event that brings the best-of-the-best together right here at Texas Motorplex.
“I’ve qualified for the Allstars a few times, but I’ve never actually won it, so it would be super-cool,” said Justin, who was runner-up in his first Allstars appearance in 2012, when he represented Division 7 in Comp Eliminator. “It’s a three-round race, but it’s a big deal for any racer to win the JEGS Allstars. It’s definitely something I’ve wanted to do for a long time.”
The top racers in each category from NHRA’s seven divisions earn the right to race against one another for the title JEGS Allstars title. Prior to his 2026 berth, Lamb earned a trip to the Allstars six times: in addition to the 2012 Allstars, he scored a spot in 2014 and 2020 in Stock, as well as in 2018 in Super Stock. In 2019, he earned a double entry in the Allstars race as the representative for both classes.
In the first round of eliminations for the 2026 JEGS Allstars, Lamb – the No. 3 qualifier – will race Division 1’s Byron Worner. The festivities are set to begin with driver introductions and the JEGS Allstars prerace ceremony at 12:30 p.m. local time, followed by the first round of the event. Allstars eliminations will continue Saturday, with winners crowned that afternoon.

"Being that it's towards the end of the year, everybody that's in points is here for the Texas FallNationals— plus, all of the JEGS Allstars. You can have all the confidence in the world, but it's still a really tough race." — Justin Lamb, on racing for an NHRA 75th Anniversary Wally at Texas Motorplex

We're out here at the Stampede of Speed, and it's been a good one so far. JL made it to the final round in Super Stock at the Division 4 event on Tuesday with a little luck, but it was Brad Burton with the win - he drove well all day and did an awesome job doubling up. We've shifted our focus to the national event, the NHRA Texas FallNationals, and we've got a solid two qualifying passes in both Stock and Super Stock in the log book. We'll get another session tomorrow, and then eliminations begin. There is plenty to come this weekend, and we're here for it! Follow along here, on NHRA.tv if you're a subscriber, and round-by-round at DragRaceCentral.com.

A little love for the Jeep to make sure it keeps the family on the road and everything running smoothly for years to come! On and off the racetrack, it's LIQUI MOLY for every vehicle in the Lamb family garage.
Great thanks to Palmer Electric in Las Vegas for keeping us cool, lit up, and running strong. We appreciate you! Find them at PalmerElectricVegas.com.
