MUSH Rescue is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the rescue and placement of Siberian Huskies MUSH Rescue is not a shelter with visiting hours.
We are comprised of a network of foster homes run entirely by volunteers. Our chapter directors, officers, and trustees are also volunteers. What brings us together is our love for Siberian Huskies and the desire to help these displaced animals find their fur-ever homes. As a nonprofit, federal tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization, our expenses are funded by adoption fees and donations. We rely on the generosity of others who, like us, understand and admire the complexity of this unique and highly intelligent breed, and want to help combat the effects of pet overpopulation in our community.

‼️ Hey Guys, we ended up pulling Howie from the shelter! Yay! The bad news is that he is not getting along with the foster's large Doberman. He is fine with the small dogs in the home, just not the big one. Can anyone help us out and foster Howie? Please let us know if you can help! We are in desperate need of fosters. [email protected]

FOSTER FOUND!!
We are looking for a foster to help us rescue "Howie". If you can help foster Howie, please EMAIL US at [email protected]
He’s at the Jasper County Humane Society in Central Georgia. He’s very friendly and absolutely beautiful. Howie has a great disposition! He does have an old leg injury that was never medically treated, so it healed incorrectly, causing him to limp from time to time.

We are not the right fit for her. We took her in as a favor to a neighbor last year to get her to a healthy status due to his financial issues. She has needs we are unable to fulfill, which will become harder once our newborn is here.
