Recreational Sports is comprised of Intramural Sports, Club Sports, Fitness & Wellness, Outdoor Recreation, Aquatics, and Informal Recreation. Our Mission:
The mission of the RecSports Department is to provide and promote opportunities for wellness and healthy lifestyles through education and service to The University of Tennessee community. Our Vision:
The vision of the RecSports Department is to satisfy varying degrees of interest in cooperative and competitive activities and to design recreational activities that promote health and wellness, social and cultural interaction, professionalism, leadership and technological development.
