Do you want to help support Spring Ahead Learning Center but not sure what to do?

Well, we are going to start listing our most ✨wished✨ for items that can sometimes be hard to purchase without grant funding and the support of the community!

Once a month, I will post a couple pictures of our most ✨wished✨ for items! If you see something you want to purchase, send me a message right away! Once our ✨wish✨ has been GRANTED I will update this post IMMEDIATELY!! Even if you are thinking you want to grant a ✨WISH✨, please message me right away so I can let others know!

The following are our biggest ✨wishes✨ this month!!

⭐GOTHAM STEEL Stackmaster 10 Pc Nesting Pots and Pans Set Non Stick, Red.
-Our pots and pans are most likely original with the opening of the center! They have become quite difficult to get clean due to years of love! 💛

⭐Bissell SpinWave Powered Hard Floor Mop, 2039A
-Our mop and bucket are also most likely original with the opening of the center! We want to be able to provide a cleaner and healthier environment for our kiddos and staff here at the center! 💙

MANY MANY THANKS to the Lime Springs Junior Community Club!! A few months ago, Ryker Killian nominated the center to donate a most wished for item!! Well, you can tell by their faces the are more than ecstatic to play with this new toy!! It even has dinosours!!!

SALC opened in 2013 and in these last 13 years we have had 100s of families and board members apart of us! Our very own family!

Well we are CELEBRATING YOU ALL!!

Whether you served on the very first board or your kiddos are 18 now we want to say THANK YOU for being a part of the SALC family!

Chester Community Center from 12-2! Stop in and say HI! Meal, skating, face painting, "photo booth", and a few kiddie games...FREE!!!

And THANK YOU to the St. Paul's Lutheran Endowment Committee Grant for making this happen!!!!

👻🎃Its the most Wonderful time of the year!! 🎃👻

🚒🔥🧯What FUN day!! The kiddos all passed their firefighter training!

THANK YOU AGAIN Lime Springs Fire Department! 🧯🔥🚒

Did YOU know that this week is Fire Safety Week?! And, honestly, it should be every month that we all practice our fire safety skills!

📛 Have 2 ways out (practice your families escape routes and meeting place)!
📛 Familiarize your kiddos with 9-1-1
📛 Stop. Drop. Roll.
📛 Get Low and GO (during a fire, the safest place is on the ground to avoid the smoke)!
📛 HERE I AM (have your children familiarized with their local firefighters so they are not scared if one has to enter your home)!!
📛 Check your batteries in your smoke alarms!

To honor this week, our 2 and overs will be heading to the Lime Springs Fire Department for a COOL hands on learning experience!

We are so GRATEFUL we are able to do this every year!! THANK YOU to the LIME SPRINGS FIRE DEPARTMENT! 🔥👨🏻‍🚒🚒👨🏼‍🚒🔥
