Here are some of the student doing push ups. I love doing these with the students, because we had one student who couldn’t move his arms. After doing 100 ouch up every class for a month he was finally able to move his arms. So now he does 100 every class

Here are pictures of some of the students from Matheny getting ready to do the karate demo. We had special shirts made up for them with the writing on the front so they can wear them in the wheelchair.
This is a recording of Chet and myself rehearsing for our demonstration scheduled on Saturday at Miles for Matheny, where Quest Karte will be performing a demonstration. Chet has been my Karate partner since 2003, and over time, our collaboration has fostered a strong bond akin to brotherhood. During our initial sessions, he accidentally struck me with considerable force, nearly knocking me out. Since then Chet is always very careful when he does anything with me.
