We’ve had a lot of questions lately if we offer Beginner classes, and yes, we do! Beginner Mega 50 classes are offered M, W, F and Sat. We highly recommend attending one or more Beginner classes before attending a “regular” class, but if none of the times work for your schedule, sign up for a class that does!
