At Cobbblestone Learning Center we strive to provibe the best child care in the Tri-County area! Sharon. Some days they will bring it home in their heads.
With over 50 years of combined childcare expereince our teachers at Cobblestone Learning are the best of the best. Sharon Plyler, the owner/director of Cobblestone, has been in the child care feild for nearly 22 years and has helped raise thousands of amazing little children, some are even adults now that are still close to their Mrs. Linda McCloud, our assistant director, has over 30 years expereince also having part in thousands of childrens development as well. At Cobblestone Learning Center we promise EVERY day your child will learn something. some days they will bring it home in there hands, but every day they will bring it home in their hearts. The Child Care Worker will be responsible for supervising, teaching, caring, nurturing, engaging with, and assuring the safety of young children. Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
Responding to the physical and emotional needs of the young children
Having patience with young children
Supervising the playing and play with the children
Demonstrating kind words & engaging with students Communicating the needs and behaviors of the child to the parent.
Being a team player
Basic housekeeping
QUALIFICATIONS
1. High School Diploma or equivalent; coursework in child development preferred
2. Preferred experience caring for children in a group setting.
3. A warm, calm, patient and caring approach when interacting with young children. 4. Be able to pass a background check
5. Excellent communication skills 6. Valid Driver’s License
7. Must be responsible and punctual Job Types: Full-time,
