Level 1: Strength Foundations — Core, Foot and Neck
Build strength and control through challenging floor exercises for your core, hips, and back, plus focused foot and neck strengthening.

Level 2: Build Full-Body Strength and Control
Advance into tall-kneeling and half-kneeling exercises, with distinct workouts emphasizing lower-body and upper-body strength.

Level 3: Standing Strength
Put it all together with standing resistance exercises that challenge strength, balance, and full-body control.

Two years ago, Joan Lauber’s World Championships ended with a terrible accident, a severely broken ankle, and a long hospital stay in Spain. The road back was long, and returning to the world stage took tremendous courage.

This week, Joan raced at the World Triathlon World Championships in Pontevedra, Spain, and finished third in her age group in the Sprint Triathlon. Two days later, she earned the silver medal in the Standard Distance Aquabike.

What a beautiful comeback. These medals reflect so much more than two great races. They represent every step Joan took to heal, rebuild, and believe she could get here again.

Joan, your Tri Faster family is so proud of you. Coaching you through this journey has made Coach Lauren especially proud. You earned every bit of this moment.

Staying fit and active is fun with friends! This group of TriFaster Team Members challenged themselves to ride 50 miles at the Door County Century this past weekend. One doesn't have to train to race to enjoy staying active. Just keep moving, and spinning your wheels :). All movement counts.

Some performances are about far more than a finish time.

Yesterday, Keenan Horness won her age group at Ironman Wisconsin by more than 18 minutes, took an incredible 50 minutes off her time from last year, and punched her ticket to the 2027 IRONMAN World Championship in Hawaii!

What makes this achievement even more impressive is everything Keenan balanced along the way—working as a PA, raising her children, and consistently showing up to train with focus and determination. She is incredibly coachable, trusts the process, welcomes feedback, and never shies away from hard work.

None of this happens without a great support system. Her husband, Matt, supported her 100% through the early mornings, long training days, and sacrifices this journey required. This accomplishment belongs to the whole family.

Keenan, I couldn’t be more proud of you. Coaching you is an absolute privilege, and I feel incredibly lucky to be part of your journey.

Age-group champion. Fifty minutes faster. Kona qualified. And so very deserving.
