Our newest S2 employees might be a little young, but they’ve already got the look down this Halloween. 😂

Who deserves Employee of the Month? 👀

Over the last 10 years, S² has grown to more than 30 locations across five states.

But as we grow, one thing cannot change: the standard.

Our commitment has always been to give our customers the best experience possible … with a knowledgeable team that genuinely cares about helping you reach your goals.

This past weekend, we brought together S² managers from across the Midwest for our annual S² Leadership Summit.

We learned. We challenged each other. We worked on becoming better leaders and better representatives of what S² stands for.

Because as we pursue our goal of bringing the S² Faction to major markets across the country, growth means very little if we lose what made S² special in the first place.

Whether you walk into an S² in Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, or anywhere we go next, you should feel the same standard of service, knowledge and genuine care.

The morning was about getting better … the afternoon was about celebrating how far we’ve come.

Great food. Great music. A lot of laughs and memories made with like-minded people from across the Midwest.

And none of this happens without YOU, the

Thank you for continuing to show up, support our people and trust us with your goals year after year.

We’re proud of how far we’ve come. We’re even more excited about where we’re going.

And no matter how big S² gets, our commitment remains the same:

Earn your business. Every visit. Every purchase. Every time.

Thank you. 🤝
