ACEC Arizona

Every mile counts for rural Arizona. From Globe to Show Low and Flagstaff to Page, our communities rely on roads that can adapt and grow. Prop 141 would limit our options for future transportation funding—let’s keep Arizona moving forward. Vote NO on Prop 141.

Let’s clear up the confusion: Voting NO on Prop 141 does NOT mean voting for a new tax. The facts are simple—a NO vote keeps things as they are, with no new taxes or fees. Protect Arizona’s ability to make smart infrastructure decisions for the future.

Did you know Arizona’s gas tax has stayed at 18¢ per gallon since 1991? With construction costs rising and vehicles becoming more efficient, our transportation funding isn’t keeping up. Prop 141 would permanently remove a potential solution for Arizona’s roads. Protect our future—vote NO on Prop 141.

Did you know Prop 141 could limit Arizona’s future choices? 🚦 In just 30 seconds, you can see why voting NO keeps our options open—without adding any new taxes. Let’s make informed decisions for Arizona’s future! More info at oppose141.com.

Our roads connect us all—families, businesses, and communities. Prop 141 could limit how we fund these vital connections. Let’s work together to keep Arizona’s future open and thriving. Say NO to Prop 141!

Vote NO on Prop 141. Arizona's roads are essential to our economy. Let's not limit our future.
Proposition 141 would permanently prohibit Arizona from considering a vehicle miles traveled (VMT) tax or fee, taking a potential transportation funding option off the table through a constitutional amendment.
With Arizona's continued growth, aging infrastructure, and changing vehicle technology, we need MORE flexibility to address our transportation needs, not less.
Opposing Prop 141 doesn't mean supporting a new tax. It means protecting Arizona's ability to make smart infrastructure decisions in the future.
ACEC Arizona urges Arizonans to VOTE NO on Proposition 141 this November.
