"Draw From The Well" is a Leadership Conference convened by Bishop H. Curtis Douglas and DBC. Kidd, Pastor Emeritus, Dabar Bethlehem Cathedral.
Having a passion for leaders and a concern about their well-being and effectiveness of their ministry, Bishop Douglas launched "Draw From The Well" (DFTW) in 2010. This leadership conference serves as a vital source of information for Senior Pastors and their leadership. Bishop’s guest panelist for the first conference included Bishop Donald Hilliard, II, Senior Pastor of Cathedral International, Perth Amboy NJ, and Overseer Stanley M. PURPOSE
