Dessert contribution for tonight's potluck at Boo-B-Que with Bad Influence BBQ MO . Had to make a second batch....the first one was so wrong...lol.

Happy Monday all! And the last day of August! It's so hard to believe that we are nearly in September. Where in the world did the summer go?
The next 2 weeks are going to be even more unseasonably warm, and with Steve's previous heat exhaustion issues, I am not comfortable asking him to sit in the heat. So, we won't be at the Farmer's Market if the heat stays the same. We will miss seeing everyone at the Market! But health is far more important.
Please feel free to contact me if there is anything you would like to order, and I'm happy to accommodate!

Shemakes won't be at the Raymore Farmer's Market this week...and likely not next week. There is a ton happening this week, and my partner in crime is out next week. Look for us to be back August 4th. :)

Happy post 4th! It was definitely a heater! And there were so many fireworks...we had a 360-degree show from our driveway! :)

Happy Tuesday y'all!

Ever have one of those months where you just can't quite seem to get ahead, and barely manage the "One Day at a Time" mantra!? That's been our June...lol. Fortunately, it's the last day of the month and I'm bound and determined to have an even-keeled July! (Right...lol).

Come check us out tonight (I know, late notice) and for as many of the Tuesdays as we can rustle) at Raymore Farmer's Market! We'd love to see as many folks possible stop in and say hello!

Steve will be there the first couple hours, and I'll join him in a bit...just remind him to drink water if you stop in! lol. It's a hot one for sure!!!

Looking forward to seeing as many folks as possible - and hopefully, making some new friends!

Thank you so much for everyone who stopped in to see us at the Raymore Farmer's Market! It was such fun meeting new folks, and we did really well! Such a welcoming market!!

It's so fun playing with new recipes, and finding new ways for current ones. I'd never even tasted key lime pie before, but it tuned out pretty well. And the little red velvet bundles are too cute for words. Still need to add a glaze or frosting, but couldn't resist getting a pic.
