Who doesn't love delicious dip and crackers? You can make this easy smoked salmon spinach dip at home in just 10 minutes!
Recipe:
8-oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp granulated garlic
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp cayenne (optional)
12-oz frozen spinach, thawed and patted dry
8-oz smoked salmon, cut into bite sized pieces
1 lemon
In a medium sized mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, onion powder, salt and cayenne.
Add the spinach, salmon and lemon juice. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed. Place into the fridge for at least one hour to let the flavors marinate and the dip to chill. Salt to taste. Serve cold with crackers, chips or crusty bread.
Let dip sit for one hour.
