MONDAY MORNING MOTORSPORTS IT TAKES ALL OF US!

A new week is here, and while the race cars may be sitting in the garages, there's still plenty going on behind the scenes.

Cars are being worked on, engines are being rebuilt, plans are being made, and everyone is already thinking about next season.

But here's something worth remembering…

Short-track racing doesn't survive because of one driver, one track, or one racing series.

It survives because of the people who continue to support it.

The racers who keep showing up. The crews who give up their weekends. The sponsors who believe in the sport. The tracks that open their gates. And the fans who fill the grandstands.

We're all part of keeping this sport alive.

As we look ahead to 2027, let's remember that the stronger we make short-track racing together, the better the future will be for everyone.

Here's to another week of working toward something we all love!

SUNDAY BENCH RACING SETTLE THIS DEBATE!

Every racer has an opinion on this one, and we're pretty sure the fans do too!

You're coming down to the final laps of a race. You've got a fast car, but there's one driver standing between you and the checkered flag.

Would you rather win a race by leading every lap OR come from the back of the field and make the winning pass on the final lap?

Both get you to Victory Lane, but which one would mean more to you?

Drivers, crews, and fans let's hear it!

And remember, it's Sunday Bench Racing. A little friendly debate is always welcome!

WHERE DID YOUR LOVE FOR RACING BEGIN?

Everybody in racing has a story.

Maybe you grew up going to the track with your parents. Maybe you helped your dad or grandpa work on a race car. Maybe you were a kid sitting in the grandstands, watching the cars go around and dreaming about someday being behind the wheel.

Or maybe you went to one race and were hooked!

That's one thing about racing. It has a way of becoming part of your life and staying there.

So let's hear it!

What track started it all for you? And who introduced you to racing?

We'd love to hear your stories and see some old pictures!

FRIDAY NIGHT SPOTLIGHT THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE CARS!

We all know the drivers get a lot of the attention on race night, but let's not forget the people working behind the scenes!

The ones turning wrenches late into the night, loading trailers, changing tires, making adjustments, and doing whatever it takes to get that car to the next race.

Most of them aren't looking for recognition. They're just there because they love racing and the people they're doing it with.

Today, Mid-Am Racing Series wants to give those people a little recognition!

Drivers, tag a crew member who deserves a shout-out!

And crew members, don't be shy! Tell us how long you've been involved in racing.

Because racing has never been just about the person behind the wheel. It's about everyone who helps get that car to the track.

Thank you to all the hardworking crews who helped make our 2026 season possible!

The Mid-Am Racing Series certainly has left an impression racing at Wi******er Speedway. Apparently Shane Sapp did to.

IS ANYONE ELSE MISSING RACING YET?

The cars might be parked for the offseason, but that doesn't mean we have to stop talking racing!

We've been a little quiet here on the Mid-Am Racing Series page, so let's change that!

Drivers, crews, fans, and everyone who's been part of the Mid-Am family over the years we want to hear from you!

If you could relive ONE Mid-Am race or racing moment, what would it be?

Maybe it was a great battle for the lead, your first Mid-Am start, a trip to victory lane, or just a great memory with your racing family.

Let's hear those stories and see those pictures!

The season may be over, but the memories never stop!
