Beacon Projects Group is delighted to highlight three projects where we helped bring sustainable, energy-efficient building practices to life:
• The Village – Stamford, CT | Redevelopment of a 75,000 SF brownfield site into a 130,000 SF mixed-use office, restaurant, and media campus with a new 458-space parking structure – LEED Certified.
• Lifetime Living – Stamford, CT | A new high-rise 300-unit residential building with a parking garage and a state-of-the-art fitness center, was designed with a focus on energy efficiency, healthy living, and sustainable design – LEED Certified.
• SquashBridge – Bridgeport, CT | A community-focused facility, which features 7 indoor squash courts and an outdoor squash court, was designed to reduce operating costs, improve indoor air quality, conserve water, and incorporate environmentally friendly materials – LEED Silver.
We’re thrilled to have collaborated with talented project teams to achieve these LEED certifications and create buildings designed with the future in mind. 🌎

The Beacon Projects Group is thrilled to announce a new project in Armonk, New York
As the owner’s representative, our team will guide a full building transformation – updating an unused outdated office building into a vibrant active adult community.
We’re proud to support the team throughout this exciting transformation. The former MBIA, Inc. headquarters built in 1999 is being thoughtfully renovated into 44 upscale apartments, a fitness center, and a full range of amenities, creating a vibrant new residential community alongside the new Toll Bros development, Enclave in Armonk.
It’s exciting to see this project take shape and help bring new life to an existing property.
💡 Based in Massachusetts and Connecticut, The Beacon Projects Group provides green construction solutions including owner’s representation, project and construction management, expert witness services, value engineering, scheduling, and constructability reviews.

The Beacon Projects Group is proud to announce the opening of Brassica Kitchen & Café.
As the owner’s representative, our team guided a full building renovation — including a brand-new kitchen, bar area, and exterior upgrades — helping bring this warm and welcoming restaurant to life. We’re proud to have supported the Brassica team throughout this journey and wish them every success in the future!

🎉 Project Complete! 🏗️
The Beacon Projects Group is proud to announce the successful completion of the SquashBridge Project at 1691 Main Street in Bridgeport, CT!
SquashBridge is a nonprofit youth development program and community center focused on combining education and athletics to empower young people. This new facility features:
🏟️ 7 indoor squash courts + 1 outdoor court
🏫 Classrooms with Wi-Fi
🚿 Locker rooms with showers
🌿 Outdoor courtyard
🏢 Administrative offices
🚗 Private parking area
Under Beacon’s leadership, the project achieved LEED v4 Certification — a rare and impressive feat in Connecticut — by implementing innovative, sustainable building practices focused on energy efficiency, material selection, and indoor environmental quality.

Phase 1 of Lifetime Living Stamford at 130 Tresser Blvd in Stamford, CT. has finished, and we are excited to see tenants moving
in. The pool and patio have been completed and the landscaping is being installed.
Anticipating that Phase 2 will be completed in December 2023.
