This isn't ordinary.... This is effort. ๐ป
Hear me out. Lately, we see a LOT of generated images being printed, because DTF printing is becoming the new * cRaAfty cReAtioNs * trend. ๐ฅน
A lot of people just figured out they can spend some money and talk about "Heyyy I make tShiRtz N stuff!" ๐ but soooo many of these people lack skill, experience, and quality control. โ
Generated images lack resolution, clarity, and quality. There are no real vector images being handed out (yet), and the 72dpi resolution images being spewed out have sloppy semi-transparent pixels everywhere. Too many clueless people printing don't acknowledge this.
So when a customer sends us their dad's AI RF design representing a car they once built and drove, we aren't just printing a crusty "ghost outlined" transfer and half ass adhering it to a shirt like all these temporary "tShiRt mAkeRz"....
> We do it right. ๐ฏ
We've been here. We know what we're doing. Quality and craftsmanship aren't new to us, and we'll gladly except a challenge if anyone wants to go head to head. If you pay attention, we don't need to explain ourselves.
There is this temporary trend and then there is us, permanent.
Beyond Standard. โจ

Things like this are why we exist. Providing a service that can alter an experience. โจ
The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus helped us grow up since atleast 2005 when I first learned of them @ Vans Warped Tour ... They never left my burnt CD's or Playlist. ๐ถ
When Grimm Entertainment / Derek Dickens hit us up to see if we could pull off a small shirt order for THE RED JUMPSUIT APPARATUS ; we shuffled a few things around and got to work. ๐
It was an HONOR to help out with the project. A few test prints, artwork edit, and pulling a little bit of inventory off the shelves, and we made a small impact in a BIG world.
We are grateful.
Thank you. ๐

250 Years โจ We love our community, our county, and our country.... ๐บ๐ธ
- Designing and producing the merch and gear for the Lincoln County Idaho America 250 Celebration was a wonderful project for our shop this summer. Shirts, stickers, frisbees, posters, banners and more! It was a lengthy job because we wanted everything to be perfect. Incorporating our county's landscape, heritage and culture, and history into each design... creating a poster/flyer with meaning, selling the event... The entire thing was a blast.
Thank you Lincoln County Museum for coming to us for this once in a lifetime opportunity. ๐งกโจ

Embroidery is such a unique form of apparel decoration. Many designs and logos often need to be "simplified" before or during digitizing. Gradients can be difficult to execute cleanly like a printed or even digital format typically appear, so simplifying jobs down to single color combinations usually prevail. โจ
From 5,000 to 150,000 stitches, we take all of our embroidery jobs serious, and treat them like pieces of art rather than production jobs. ๐

๐ ๐ถ๐๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ appeared during one of those late nights when we left the shop with 4 unfinished jobs and a headache... Things have mysteriously happened ever since we remodeled the shop that we are currently in, in Shoshone. We have had random nozzle check film and vinyl on the floor when we arrive, computers and equipment turned on and ready to go to work, and occasionally our cameras sense motion that isn't there....
Last night a DTF transfer came off the printer onto the floor. The embroidery machine was half way through a hat stitch out. A stack of garments waited for their designs, a blank leather slab sat by the laser engraver, and scraps from a dozen different jobs covered the tables. Somewhere in the middle of it all, the lights flickered.
In the morning, every job was finished.
The prints were clean. The stitching was perfect. A dozen leather patches looked sharp. Even a custom engraving test we recently created had a strange little X mark no one remembered putting there.
And in the corner stood Misprint: one huge eye, two pointed ears, and a body that looked like it had been assembled from leftover ink, thread, film, and shop trouble.
Nobody knows which machine made himโor whether he made the machines act up. Now he turns up wherever a job gets complicated. Heโll tangle thread, shift a transfer, hide a tool, or leave a mysterious mark on a blank. Then, somehow, the finished piece comes out better than expected.
Misprint is the shopโs production gremlin: part accident, part assistant, and absolutely no help explaining what happened. ๐
