🚨 MOVE IT B IS COMING TO BFT! 🚨

We’re excited to have MoveItB Physical Therapy joining us at the studio on September 5! 💪

Instead of the usual cooldown, we’ll have a 20-minute Talk + Move session right after both the 7:30AM and 9:00AM classes. We’ll move, learn, and talk through practical mobility tips you can actually use, and there’ll be plenty of time to ask questions and get some expert advice. 🧠🔥
