With out Community Partners like Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital, our team at Good Shepherd In Home Senior Care and Good Shepherd Transportation would not be able to serve others with the level of relational, great quality care that we do!!

Thank you Rachel Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital, a partner of Washington Regional for dropping off a couple sweet treat- drinks from Sonic, especially at the tail end of our day 🐈‍⬛🐑💙

We had a blast joining the Farmington Pre-K Program for Community Helpers Week! 🚑

Thank you Alyssa, one our amazing dispatchers, that asked us to go show off what all we do to one of her kids classes!

The Good Shepherd Medical Transport Team conducted their September training last week. 🚑 The crew went over wound packing, tourniquet applications, and splinting.

Hands on training insures that we are all fully prepared and ready to serve our community when needed.

Good Shepherd In Home Care is looking for a Part-Time RN to join our homecare team!

This is a unique opportunity to use your nursing experience in a relationship-centered, non-medical home-care environment.
You'll spend your time helping make sure our clients are receiving the right care, supporting our caregivers, communicating with families, and helping our team provide the high level of care Good Shepherd is known for.

✨ What you'll do:
• Complete client assessments and follow-up visits
• Review and update care/service plans
• Support and educate caregivers
• Monitor client needs and changes in condition
• Conduct quality assurance/supervisory visits
• Help with caregiver training
• Follow up on falls, incidents, and client concerns
• Communicate with families and healthcare professionals when appropriate
• Serve as a nursing resource for our caregivers and office team

💙 What we're looking for:
• Current Arkansas RN license
• Someone who genuinely enjoys working with seniors
• Excellent communication and observation skills
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Home care, geriatrics, dementia, long-term care, or home-health experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation.

🚗 Mileage reimbursement for required client-to-client travel.

⏰ Part-time + flexible scheduling

This position is perfect for a nurse who wants to continue making a difference without the demands of a traditional nursing schedule.
