Meet Dave! Dave is our go-to guy here and has been at Bella Milano for over 12 years. He knows all of the ins and outs of the kitchen and is, without a doubt, the BEST pizza-maker in town. Not only do employees request that he makes their pizza, many of our guests do as well. He is our “Super Dave,” so feel free to say hi the next time you spot him slinging some dough!

If you don't know Brad, where have you been?! Brad is certainly a shining star on our team and has worked for Bella for 20 years! But that's not the only thing on his plate. Brad has also owned his own local business, Double Play Cleaners, since 2014, has been a personal trainer at Chatham Snap Fitness for the last 2 1/2 years, AND, in 2026, he started the Midwest Junior Golf Tour to help kids across the world get noticed by college scouts. Brad is an all-around fantastic human, and we are so lucky to have him on our team. Be sure to say hi to him the next time you visit!
