Wednesday we had the privilege of visiting Rolling Lawns Dairy Farm in Greenville, Illinois, owned and operated by Michael and Jennifer Turley. What an incredible experience! We are so grateful to Michael and Jennifer for welcoming us and taking the time to personally tour us through their beautiful, multi-generational dairy farm and processing facility. Their passion for agriculture, animal care, and producing high-quality dairy products shines through in everything they do. One of the most fascinating parts of our visit was learning about the history of the farm and the cow that started it all—Greitje Reinks. Hearing the story of how generations of dedication, hard work, and family values have helped build Rolling Lawns into what it is today was truly inspiring. From the dairy barn to the processing plant, we gained a new appreciation for the commitment it takes to bring fresh, local dairy products from the farm to our tables. It's clear that the Turley family pours their hearts into every aspect of the operation. Thank you, Michael and Jennifer, for your hospitality, generosity, and for sharing your family's story with us. We left with not only a greater understanding of dairy farming but also a deep respect for the families who work tirelessly every day to feed their communities.If you ever have the opportunity to visit Rolling Lawns Dairy Farm, we highly recommend it.
