📣 An announcement about the recipe book:
As much as I would LOVE to put out a beautiful, coffee table style recipe book with The Wakery recipes... I am 7 months pregnant.
Realistically, between my 9-5 job, my 4 year old, pregnancy, and life ... I just don't have the time to put together the book of my dreams.
HOWEVER...
I still want to share the recipes with all of you! So, little by little, I'll be making videos and posting them to the Wakery social accounts - Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and maybe YouTube -- so that YOU can still get the delicious recipes to make at home!

We'll start next week with what I'll be prepping for my baby shower!

Fun fact, the idea for The Wakery (and my journey into delicious NA drinks) began when I was pregnant with Teddy in 2021. I didn't think it was fair that I could enjoy a fancy drink in a fancy glass like everyone else.

At The Wakery, we believe that every seat should have something special to sip.

While I will NOT be doing Thanksgiving pickups this year (I'll be VERY round by then), I WILL share some of the Thanksgiving favorites that I make for my own table every year, so that you can make them at home.

Two years ago, The Wakery needed a GoFundMe to help recover cash stolen from a break-in, due to access points from the Adams St Fire.

Now other downtown businesses are dealing with setbacks due to a water main break.

The Bus Stop needs the help of those who love and support downtown.

Thinking of The Curve Inn today as they process the aftermath of a massive fire in the establishment.

All the love to our small business friends. Many places around town have collections going, if you feel so led to give.

Daisy Jane's was our downtown neighbor at our brick and mortar location. Julie and her daughters (and of course granddaughter Sophie, the best employee!) have always been so kind and supportive of The Wakery and of me.

It's incredibly violating to have your place broken into. You don't feel safe, your hard work is trashed, and the tiny little bit of money you did make is gone forever.

We need all of our hearts downtown right now. Please support this wonderful business when it's back up and running.
