So let me get this straight — filming armed federal agents in your own neighborhood can land you in handcuffs… and we’re still calling this freedom? Since when did accountability become a crime? Cameras don’t threaten public safety — they threaten unchecked power. The irony is loud. The hypocrisy is louder. 01/27/2026

There can be no keener revelation of a society’s soul than the way in which it treats its children. ~Nelson Mandela A new study, published in the Journal of the American Medical Association, analyzed the trends in ultra-processed food consumption by young people between the ages of 2 - 19 over the past two decades. The study found that from 1999 to 2018, the average American youth’s ultra-processed food consumption went from a staggering 61.4% of their diet to an even more alarming 67% of their diet. In association with this growing trend, childhood obesity has literally TRIPLED in the last 30 years. We cannot stand idly by and allow this crisis to continue. This toxic food culture isn’t hiding the fact that they’re going after our children. Manipulative marketing geared towards underdeveloped, highly impressionable brains is the industry standard. Not to mention the fractured health experienced by U.S. adults is making it more and more difficult to fight back against those seeking to profit from our families’ collective cycle of poor food consumption and chronic illness. Our children are trusting us to stand up for them, protect them, and give them the opportunity to be their best selves. Health is the linchpin. And our bodies are literally built from the food we eat. Thank you to the brilliant @tonybaker for the video voiceover! 🎥🍽️ 06/25/2023
