Just when I think I have eaten all the brunch available on a Sunday, along comes @tortilleriaperches ! They are out here serving breakfast EV👏🏽ER👏🏽Y 👏🏽DAY! ✨The Salsa Flight: four colorful salsas, each with their own wonderful flavor, profile. Creamy Ancho, cucumber Serrano, Árbol poblano& Árbol tomatillo. Four salsas, four different flavors, and each one packed some HEAT! I’m pretty sure we could’ve made a meal out of the salsa flight alone! ✨Chorizo, Potato & Egg Breakfast Burrito : A hearty breakfast burrito packed with savory chorizo, potatoes, and eggs. All that breakfast goodness wrapped up in a tortilla, drizzling on some of those salsas is a must! Plus, you can choose to have this as breakfast tacos if you want it rather than a burrito! ✨Huevos Rancheros: I am a sucker for a perfectly cooked over easy egg, because brunch gets even better when those eggs have runny yolks! These are on top of fried corn tortillas, and topped with their tomato chili sauce. Cut into those eggs, mix it with the sauce for a perfect creamy, acidity bite. But don’t forget about those beans and rice to make the perfect bite! How in the world I have consistently overlooked this glorious breakfast menu is beyond me, but I promise you it won’t happen again! If you’re looking to switch up your brunch routine, Tortilleria Perches deserves a spot on your list. 📍1601 W Sunshine St., Springfield, Mo #417foodist #huevosrancheros #breakfastburritos #mexicanfoodlovers #tortilleria
