2024 Finca Bacara Time Waits For No One
Monastrell
Floral notes with hints of vanilla and balsamic background. Dark fruit aromas on the nose carry an earthy undertone. On the palate, it feels full, chewy, and dense, but lively enough to be enjoyable. It tastes a bit blackened and smoky, with clove and chocolate notes resting heavily on a plump finish.

Gran Reserva Rioja - $29.99
Very complex bouquet of balsamic notes with delicate wood notes. Full-bodied palate with ripe plum and sweet spices over toasted flavors. It maintains the freshness of a subtle vividness that promises excellent aging potential. Flavorsome, rich with a lingering finish.

2020 Marqués de CáceresGaudium - $49.99
A fusion of ripe plums, thyme and balsamic notes that enrich the overall finish. A rich mouthfeel, with a full bodied flavor unveiling its ample, luscious tannins. Lengthy complex finish. This w**e offers a range of rich notes, keeping to the sensations captured by its aromas.

72% Chenin Blanc, 17% Roussanne, and 11% Viognier
This w**e shows typical Chenin Blanc aromas of pineapple and guava. A few months of lees contact enhances the texture of this w**e, while still maintaining a fruity palate and fresh finish. Spirit Of The Week
Vecchio Amaro del Capo - $36.99
A high quality Amaro from the southern Italian region of Calabria. This liqueur was first created by Giuseppe Caffo in 1915, as a medical tonic. The Caffo family continue to produce the Amaro to this day, and are now in their fourth generation of management.

The Amaro is made with 29 different herbs, flowers, roots, and fruits. The recipe includes juniper, ginger, laurel, anise, orange peel, mint, cardamom, elder, saffron, cinchona, gentian, bitter orange, citrus zest, angelica, sage, liquorice, chamomile, cloves, and cinnamon.

The final result is a spicy, rooty Amaro, with notes of bittersweet quinine, citrus, juniper, pine, cloves, pressed flowers, honey, vanilla, black pepper, and orange zest. Delicious served ice cold in a shot, it also pairs well with cola or chinotta.

Cypress Grove Lamb Chopper - $42.99 per pound
Painter and native Californian Nancy Norman created the whimsical image to reflect the cheese’s tagline, “born to be mild.” The sheep milk comes from the Netherlands and is aged from three to six months. The cheese is buttery, sweet, and approachable, but not lacking in complexity, making it an ideal introduction to sheep’s milk cheese.

2024 Casa Santos Lima Red Blend
Extremely aromatic, it shows in the mouth flavors of ripe red fruit and balanced acidity, well balanced with oak notes from ageing in oak barrels. In the aftertaste the soft tannins and the flavors of pepper and liquor dominate.

2025 Santa Rita 120 Sauvignon Blanc
