I am so excited for my buyer! We are on track to get her into her first home right before the holidays! Helping first time home buyers navigate the buying process. Is one of my favorite parts about being an agent. I am looking forward to handing over the keys once we get this "sold" 🔑😊

Todays : We went to spec pond in wilbraham. This cute park is tucked away behind the ymca. My little ones LOVE the playground which is great for kids of all ages. This quaint park, has plenty of picnic tables, a concession stand, and plenty of sidewalk for a nice walk. During the summer it had a pond, and splash pad that you can enjoy for a small fee! Definitely worth checking out!

Two closings back to back! I am so happy for the buyers and sellers that we were able to smoothly get them to the closing table! On to new beginnings!

What a fabulous morning for my clients! After going to the open house, they had absolutely loved this property. BUT unfortunately their preapproval came in to late for the offer deadline! 😬 (this is why I stress the importance of preapprovals so much with my buyers!)

Luckily for us, the previous buyers backed out! We were able to swoop in with a strong offer and secure an accepted offer! I am looking forward to working hard for my clients to get this one to the closing table smoothly.
