It is with a sad heart to say that our extremely loved, Florie, has passed away. When Florie first came into my life, she was with a client of mine, sitting in on a session. She was 95 at the time, looked at us on the reformer and said, “I think I could do that.” 4 years later and she could still “do that.” Florie was the best and I am so blessed that she trusted me enough to work with her. We had so much fun together over those 4 years. We laughed a lot, She got stronger, pilates made a difference in her life and she made a difference in mine. She was always asking about how business was going and letting me know that she was telling everyone to come to Pulse. I am so grateful for her support.

At 99 years old, and the week of her passing, she was still saying how she needed to get healthy so she could come back to Pilates. In remembrance of Florie, let us all remember that it’s never too late to start something new, to give it our all, and to live life to the fullest. Rest in Peace, Florie. You’ll be a client I’ll remember forever ♥️

Join us Saturday, October 17, at 9:30 am for a free outdoor mat Pilates class, followed by a local pop-up event! If you have been curious about starting Pilates, or can’t make it to class, we would love to see you at the event, starting at 10:30am!
