FIGS Engineering is an aftermarket automotive product design company Specializing in Lexus and Toyota Platforms as well as other niche markets.
FIGS was founded in the spirit of problem solving via elegant design. Our first product was a bolt on hood support kit for the Lexus IS300 which proved that sometimes the little things will cary you a long way. FIGS now offers over 90+ select products to the consumer which are a mix of ground-up development, coop partnerships with other leading product companies and
very select quality products that meet our internal review process. We strive to design and manufacture the highest quality components using the latest processes and technology . We test our products in real world situations and extremely high stresses. We continuously use feedback to drive the quality of our products further and strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
We Design, Create, and Manufacture to order here in our small shop. That means a ton of flexibility and continuous improvement.

Out here hard-parking in Moab. Swapped the OG 957 skateboard wheels on the 958 to get here because they had the most tread out of the collection. Ran into this gem of a single owner 957 turbo S with 75k miles in the slickrock parking lot 🍻 (new to him) . Out here enjoying the views of this great American paridise. Nothing like it.

Calibration, but we can push more juice with PRO Tuner capabilities.
Also recalibrated the speedo to compensate for the 5% speed offset from bigger tires with new product from lutz_auto

Everytime I rerun an old setup, it always means a reprogram. New tools and new approaches are all integrated to produce the best results. Decided this deep side feature was better with a necked Helical Solutions endmill and a slight step up as it seats into the subframe to make a press-fit. I churn designs and get wrapped up in a perfection spiral. Not the best way to profits, but the only way I know. Aluminum stock on this small run jumped 40% from the last run. It will be interesting to revist this post in another year and see where American manufacturing ends up. For now, we are still in this for you guys, making the parts you want for your Lexus and Toyota babies.
