After the outdoor pool became a huge hit with the community, it was time to bring something new to Spring Brook! The next big addition was our 9-hole golf course, officially opening for its first rounds on July 1, 2005.

Along with the course came the pavilion located by our event tent, giving the golf team a space to run daily operations and welcome golfers.

This was another exciting step in Spring Brook’s growth, adding a new way for families, friends, and visitors to spend time together right here at the resort.

A Community Grows, So Do Its Gathering Spaces

As the Spring Brook community continued to take shape, families were settling in, neighbors were getting to know one another, and it became clear that we needed a larger place for everyone to come together.

In 2002, the outdoor pool was built, creating a larger gathering space where families could swim, relax, and spend time together.

At this point, the clubhouse and Sports Bar & Grill were still years away. But the vision for a community centered around connection was already taking shape.
