About This Collection “Carry Vincy”

This collection was designed to preserve and celebrate the language that makes us uniquely Vincentian and Caribbean. Many of the phrases and slang featured are rooted in our Vincentian dialect, while also being widely recognized and shared across other Caribbean islands reflecting the rich, connected culture of the region.

Each pouch is embroidered with words and phrases that carries our history, humor, resilience, and spirit. These are more than expressions they are pieces of our identity.

“Love de 32” Collection

Inspired by the islands that raised us.

This collection is a celebration of the 32 islands and cays that shape our nation and the gifted hands that bring our creativity to life. From visionary designers to the grandmothers who once stitched love into fabric with their pedal-powered sewing machines, their artistry laid the foundation for our generation.

Wadada honors their spirit every thread and stitching carries their legacy.

“De” means “of” in french, a simple word that binds love to heritage. This year i wanted to celebrate and incorporate my love for the French language .

“Love de 32” represents love of the 32 islands and cays that make up our beautiful nation. Each island carries its own history, and together they reflect the resilience of our people throughout the years. This is a love letter to our “VINCY”, our culture, and the love that unites us from the mainland to the Grenadines.
