Today, we celebrate the incredible animals that make our oceans—and the British Virgin Islands—so extraordinary.
From graceful sea turtles and curious reef fish to rays, sharks, and the tiniest creatures tucked among the coral, every animal has an important place in our underwater world. 💙
At Dive BVI, we believe the best encounters happen when we enter their world with respect. Observe, don’t disturb. Give wildlife space. Protect their habitats. And always leave the ocean better than you found it.

🎉🌊 51 YEARS OF DIVE BVI! 🐠🤿
Today, October 1st, we’re celebrating a very special milestone — Dive BVI’s 51st Birthday! 🥳
On this day in 1975, Dive BVI was officially incorporated as a company in the British Virgin Islands. What an incredible 51 years of exploring our beautiful waters, sharing unforgettable adventures, and introducing visitors from around the world to the magic of the BVI!
From our very first adventures to the thousands of memories made above and below the surface, our journey has been shaped by the amazing people who have been part of the Dive BVI family.
💙 To our incredible crew, past and present, our loyal guests, friends, and the wonderful BVI community — THANK YOU! You are the heart of Dive BVI, and we wouldn’t be here without you.

It’s our 7th favorite time of the year…Boatyard Time. Our team on Virgin Gorda has been hard at it this week getting our boats freshened up with new deck paint, steering system upgrades and bottom painting.
You don’t often see this glamorous side of being a professional dive team but it’s a major part of the business. These boats get us out on our beautiful dive sites and we really enjoy when they get us back to the dock…in style!
A few more weeks of this and we’ll be ready to get you out on the water and enjoying our beautiful BVI.
